Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal

Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal (Sweet without sugar): Best for breakfast and evening snack with tea or coffee. You can even serve them to your guests. Indirectly taking care of their health too.
Ingredients: 2 cups oats, ? cup brown sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp nutmeg, ½ tsp salt, 2 cups milk, 1 cup banana, 1 large egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 3 tbsp unsalted butter, and ½ cup walnuts.
Cooking Method: Take a large bowl and stir together baking powder, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in it. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350F and grease a non-sticking baking dish with cooking spray. Now, in another bowl, whisk together vanilla extract, banana, milk and egg in it. Add both the mixtures together and combine them through stirring. Transfer the batter in the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. If you like, bake some walnuts too and sprinkle them on top of your bread.
